Today, we released the first part of the Nutrition Pillar Score, beginning with the Be Healthy phase of the Ideal Self Continuum.
This phase focuses on the foundations of good nutrition, including:
- Adequate hydration
- Creating a Nutrition Plan
- Establishing a consistent meal structure
- Adhering to your plan
- Keeping your calorie intake aligned with your target
- Keeping your macronutrient intake aligned with your plan

Like the previously released Lifestyle and Health Pillar Scores, the Nutrition Pillar includes a dedicated dashboard displaying your overall Pillar Score and the individual variables that contribute to it.
The dashboard also includes a Priority Queue highlighting the areas within the Nutrition Pillar that need the most attention. These priorities feed into the Pillar Priority Queue widget, available in the Widget Library, which displays your top three priorities across all Pillars. This is designed to help you focus your daily actions where they can create the greatest progress toward your goals.
Establishing Consistent Habits
To receive scores for certain Nutrition variables, you will need to track your hydration and/or food intake for at least 14 days within a 30-day period. This requirement is intended to demonstrate an established habit, not simply a short-term change that wasn’t maintained.
Once you have successfully tracked a variable for 14 days, the Platform will recognize it as an established habit. You generally will not need to track it again unless a change occurs that prompts the Platform to reestablish your baseline.
For example, if you experience a significant, unexplained change in body composition, the Platform may ask you to track your calorie intake again for 14 days. This allows it to establish a new, consistent baseline and provide more relevant guidance.
