HighEnd Coaching

You know what you want to change. You do not have to figure out every next step alone.

HighEnd Coaching is for people whose goals matter enough that another self-directed attempt is no longer the right level of support. Each week, your coach helps you interpret what actually happened, decide what matters next, and stay accountable to action that fits your life. The Higher Endeavors Platform and AI Coach are included.

$500 per month. Three-month initial commitment, then month to month. This founding rate is available during the initial phase of the service while Jason is personally working with clients.

Twenty years of understanding how the pieces fit together, focused on one week of yours at a time.

Knowing what to do is not the same as knowing what to do now.

You may already understand the fundamentals. You may have followed programs, read the research, tracked your habits, or made meaningful progress before. Yet the plan becomes harder to trust when sleep changes, work becomes demanding, motivation fades, an old problem returns, or several reasonable priorities compete for the same time and energy.

That does not mean you need more information. It may mean you have reached the limit of trying to be your own strategist, coach, participant, and source of accountability all at once.

HighEnd Coaching puts another experienced person inside the process, someone who can see the larger pattern, help decide what this moment requires, and remain present long enough to learn what the decision produced.

When you are working alone, every hard decision is also yours to renegotiate.

On a good week, a plan can feel obvious. On a difficult week, the person who made the commitment is also the person deciding whether it still applies. It becomes easy to lower the standard without noticing, push harder when recovery is needed, change too many things at once, or abandon a useful direction because the first attempt did not work as expected.

The Guide can teach the principle. The Platform can show the priority, organize the work, and help you understand the data. The AI Coach can answer with your context already in view.

Working with a real person makes the decision feel different. Your coach has heard what matters to you, helped you choose what to do next, and will be there to talk through what happened.

Self-coaching means carrying every role

  • Planner
  • Participant
  • Observer
  • Evaluator
  • Accountability
A tool can keep the plan visible. A coach keeps the commitment alive.

The value is not another opinion. It is better judgment, applied with you.

Coaching does not take authority over your life away from you. It combines your knowledge of your own life with a coach’s experience interpreting ambiguity, sequencing change, and learning from the result.

01

A perspective outside your own

Your coach can notice patterns, contradictions, avoidance, and opportunities that are difficult to see while you are living inside the situation.

02

Help resolving competing priorities

When several actions seem useful, your coach helps identify what deserves attention now, what can wait, and what must be in place first.

03

A plan you can accept and act on

The technically correct recommendation is not always the most useful one. Coaching adapts the message and the action to your capacity, circumstances, and readiness.

04

A more efficient path to what works

Experience supports a stronger starting point, fewer avoidable mistakes, controlled changes, and more accurate interpretation. The aim is to shorten the learning loop without promising a particular result or timeline.

05

Honest accountability without shame

You are expected to participate and report honestly. When follow-through breaks down, the question is whether the obstacle was the behavior, plan, environment, priority, or a genuine change in your life.

06

Continuity through disruption

One difficult week does not require another complete restart. Your coach coordinates across Lifestyle, Health, Nutrition, and Fitness, preserves what remains true, adjusts what no longer fits, and carries the learning forward.

Life happens between the plan and the result. That is where coaching begins.

Before your conversation, the Platform holds the relevant actions, feedback, and data from the week. The numbers matter, but they are not the whole story. You bring what felt difficult, what changed, what you avoided, what worked unexpectedly well, and what the data cannot explain by itself.

During the conversation, you and your coach interpret the week together. You look across Lifestyle, Health, Nutrition, and Fitness without assuming every pillar needs attention. Your coach separates useful signals from noise, reduces unnecessary experimentation, and helps identify the adjustment with the greatest potential to help.

After the conversation, the Platform keeps the plan organized and the AI Coach remains available. Your human coach remains part of the commitment. The next conversation begins with what happened, not from zero.

  1. 01

Bring the week as it actually happened.

  2. 02

Review the relevant actions, feedback, circumstances, and data.

  3. 03

Interpret the result in the context of the larger direction.

  4. 04

Decide what should continue, change, stop, or receive closer observation.

  5. 05

    Document the next commitment.

  6. 06

Put it into practice with Platform, AI Coach, and messaging support.

Three time scales, one process

The weekly loop sits inside a monthly review and a 90-day decision.

Each week

A 15 to 30 minute conversation to interpret what happened and make the next decision. Messaging support in between.

Each month

A 30 to 60 minute review at the start of the month to look beyond the most recent week, reconnect the daily work to the larger goal, and decide what the next month should emphasize.

At 90 days

A structured review of what changed, what was learned, what remains unresolved, and what level of support is useful next. Continuation is a decision, not a default.

Human coaching, supported by the complete Higher Endeavors system.

The weekly conversation is the most visible part of the service, but the partnership continues through the context your coach maintains, the interpretation and adjustments made from week to week, and the support available while you put the plan into practice.

An initial strategy conversation

A 60 to 90 minute conversation to establish your goals, history, constraints, and what meaningful progress would change, followed by an individualized initial plan.

A monthly review

A 30 to 60 minute conversation at the start of each month to review progress beyond the latest week, reassess priorities, and set the emphasis for the month ahead.

Weekly coaching conversations

Generally 15 to 30 minutes, to interpret the week, resolve the next decision, and adjust the plan. Your coach extends the conversation when doing so improves the outcome.

Individualized programming

Programming across the relevant pillars, shaped around your present priorities and realistic capacity rather than a generic sequence.

Messaging between conversations

Asynchronous support for questions, check-ins, and implementation problems, with a response within one business day. Messaging is not an emergency service or a substitute for medical or mental-health care.

Platform and AI Coach

Full access to the connected system that holds your priorities, actions, feedback, and contextual guidance between conversations.

Specialist perspective when needed

HighEnd Coaching considers the complete picture and coordinates support across relevant areas. When a need falls outside your coach's qualifications, we will seek an appropriate specialist perspective or recommend direct professional care. Direct specialist services are separate.

Investment

$500/month

Founding client rate: $500 per month during the initial phase of the service while Jason is personally working with clients. Your written agreement will explain how any future price changes are handled.

HighEnd Coaching begins with an initial three-month commitment and becomes month-to-month afterward. Applying begins a mutual fit assessment; it does not enroll you.

The price is set so your coach has the capacity to spend more time when doing so improves your outcome. You are purchasing an ongoing coaching relationship, not a fixed number of minutes.

HighEnd Coaching does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions, replace a licensed professional, provide emergency support, or guarantee a particular outcome or timeline.

Why coaching begins with three months

Enough time to learn the process—not become dependent on it.

The first month begins with your initial strategy conversation and initial plan, then moves into onboarding: building out your Platform, establishing a meaningful baseline, learning the tools, and understanding how the Assess → Plan → Act → Analyze process applies to your goals and circumstances.

The following two months give us time to work through that cycle at least twice. What happens during one block informs the decisions made for the next. You learn how to interpret the result, identify what should change, and make adjustments without abandoning everything that is already working.

The goal is to give you enough guided practice to understand the process, make better decisions, and develop greater confidence and autonomy over time. After the initial three months, coaching continues month to month if the partnership remains useful.

Enrollment

What happens after you apply.

Five steps, each with a clear decision point. Nothing is billed until you have read and signed the agreement.

  1. 01

    Apply.

Tell us why this matters now, what you have tried, and where coaching could help. Applying does not enroll you or create a payment obligation.

  2. 02

    Discovery call.

A focused fifteen-minute conversation to confirm mutual fit. It is not a coaching session.

  3. 03

    Decision.

We accept, recommend a different starting point, or let you know if we cannot start right away.

  4. 04

    Agreement and enrollment.

A written agreement covering price, the three-month commitment, communication standards, scope, and your responsibilities. Payment and onboarding follow.

  5. 05

    Intake and initial strategy.

The Client Intake Form, then your initial strategy conversation and initial plan.

Why now?

HighEnd Coaching may be right for you now if…

  • The goal has become important enough that continued drift carries a real personal cost.
  • You have useful knowledge or tools but still lose momentum, second-guess the plan, or repeatedly restart.
  • Several parts of life are interacting and you want help deciding what matters first.
  • You want a thoughtful outside perspective, not another generic prescription.
  • You value a relationship in which someone will challenge you honestly and adapt without shaming you.
  • You are willing to act, report what happened truthfully, and participate in revising the plan.
  • You want to develop greater judgment and autonomy over time, not become dependent on a coach.
  • You are ready to commit to three months of consistent work before judging whether the relationship is useful.

HighEnd Coaching is probably not the right fit if you only want information, a one-time program, guaranteed outcomes, immediate or emergency support, or someone else to take responsibility for the daily work.

Not ready for ongoing coaching?

One conversation. One situation. A clear next step.

Everything on this page about judgment, priorities, and sequencing applies to the consultation. The difference is scope. In roughly 60 minutes we look at one primary situation, goal, or decision, identify what matters most, and give you a written summary of priorities and recommended next steps within two business days. No application. No ongoing commitment.

  • $250
  • about 60 minutes
  • short pre-session questionnaire
  • written direction summary

If HighEnd Coaching turns out to be the right next step and you enroll within 14 days, the full $250 is credited toward your first month.

The consultation does not include ongoing messaging, comprehensive programming, or guaranteed acceptance into HighEnd Coaching.

After payment, we will reach out within one business day to schedule your conversation.
